What is the starting price?
Prices start at ₹945 per person. Small events can be booked at this price without any extra cost. You can call us to enquire about complimentary decoration (available only on selected dates). Please note that DJ charges are additional.
Do you have valet parking facilities?
We can arrange valet parking services at an additional cost of ₹5,000. However, we do not recommend it, as our property has ample parking space and a strategic location with no traffic issues. Arrival and departure are stress‑free for guests and the baraat, unlike other hotels located on busy roads with limited space at the entrance.
Can we have custom theme decoration?
Yes, hosts can hire a decorator from us or a third party. Certain conditions apply, as custom décor is meant only for your event and should not affect guests whose events are scheduled before or after yours. The decoration included in our package offers far greater value than any other in Ludhiana. At an average price of ₹1,000–₹1,300 per person, we provide complete solutions that are unmatched in this range.
Can we bring our own food/halwai/caterer?
At Celebration Plaza, we work hard to provide top-quality services, food, and taste. With our vast experience, we know that this level of quality cannot be achieved at our price point with outside catering. However, if you have hired a reputed caterer, we can meet them and seek management approval.
What are the charges for DJ and decoration?
Decoration and DJ are included in the packages we provide. Generally, a complete package for an event with 100 guests ranges from ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,25,000, including DJ and decoration.
What is the price of the LED Wall and LED Floor?
Both the LED Wall and LED Floor are part of the DJ package. The DJ package starts from ₹3,000, including the complete setup.
Can I book a small gathering on the ground floor?
Yes, we offer three options on the ground floor. Hosts can choose any of them based on their budget. You can even plan a wedding with 40–50 guests on the ground floor. The largest banquet hall on the ground floor can accommodate up to 400–500 guests.
What is the minimum gathering required to book an event?
We have multiple indoor and outdoor spaces suitable for gatherings ranging from 40 to 400 guests.
Are decoration charges the same for day and night events?
Yes. Unlike some venues, we charge the same price for decoration for both day and night events. Our decoration is insulated and waterproof to avoid any issues in case of rain or extreme heat. We also provide coolers and fans during summer at no extra cost.
